Have the pre-monsoon rains started to get the better of your mood? Don’t mind the clouds; look for a silver lining instead. We give you two quick and easy ways to make yourself look and feel better. First, put on a pair of heels. The higher the better we say. Heels have this effect of making us feel taller and walk straighter – both sure fire ways to fake or instil confidence in ourselves. Second, try on some shape wear. Since we all know that the models and actresses in the magazines look nothing like the images that are projected to us, and are more a result of Photoshop, we can now breathe easy. Shape wear instantly does wonders if there is just a little bit extra that you would like to get rid of pronto.
