Farida Tampal, State Director WWF-India Andhra Pradesh, is giving a talk on Living Spaces for Urban Biodiversity.
Finding the Urban Forest in our Concrete Jungles we, as humans, often tend to view ‘natural’ and ‘unnatural’ as opponents, weighing whether to preserve the former or make way for the latter. While we still live under the assumption that we can distinguish one from the other, plants and animals all over the world have moved on…and moved into our cities. Lets us rediscover and explore the animal underground movement and find out how we can nurture our ‘urban forests’ better.
