Good news for the foodies, Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre is running a Goan food festival. The festival will take you on a culinary trip to Goa with a fiery influx of tangy flavours from the goan cuisine. The 10 day festival, which is on till 29th September 2013, will serve a wide spread of authentic Goan dishes right from the coastland. Inspired by their rich Goan heritage, Chef Alexander Pereira and Chef Savio D’souza have put together delightful array of exotic & aromatic dishes to suit the Hyderabadi palate.
The specialty chefs have meticulously designed a menu with a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The menu consists of a variety of items like Fish Caldierada, Chicken Cafreal, Komdyachi, Bokadyachi Xacuti, Mutton, Pork Vindaloo, Pork Sorpotel, Sausage Chilli Fry and Beef Roulade. For vegetarians the restaurant offers dishes like Cashewnut and Mushroom Xacuti, Vegetable Caldeen, Dal with Spinach, Dal Waran. Guests will be spoilt for choices of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies.
Overall, the festival is a must-try for seafood lovers and for those who enjoy the earthy, coastal flavours of Goa.
